By the end of the course the students will have learned to develop a business plan for an international market development project, including key performance indicators.
Lehrinhalte
Based on the intended strategic positioning in the selected markets and the taken market-entry mode decisions participants develop a business plan. They set objectives, take marketing-mix decisions, determine human resource allocation, financial planning and controlling of effectiveness and efficiency of actions.
