Objectives |
Students will learn to conceptually understand key issues pertaining to operative and strategic Human Resource Management combined with strategy, leadership and HRM systems such as internships. Students will be able to conceptualize the regulation of central HRM systems for human resource management departments at companies and learn how to critically reflect on issues. Students will also acquire basic skills to conduct qualitative-empirical social research.

The course focuses strongly on topics in the field of operative human resource management (administrative HRM).
Key topics in the field of HRM including: personnel strategies; personnel planning; recruiting and personnel selection, personnel introduction and orientation; compensation and remuneration; HRM development
