Objectives
  • Understand the role of the contextual embeddedness of leaders for their entrepreneurship
  • Appreciate the contextual contingencies of how the perception of risk and uncertainty as well as the cognition of opportunities unfold
  • Learn how to relate regional, national and global societal and technical trends to ones own potential as an entrepreneurial leader trough management tools such as forecasting and road mapping.
  • Learn how to create environments that foster entrepreneurship within established and new organizations.
Subject This course will provide an advanced understanding of the embeddedness of entrepreneurship along the lines of:

  • Regions and places
  • Transformation of Societies and Technologies
  • National and international legal frameworks
