Subject Steps in analyses; statistical treatment of measurement data; qualitative pre-tests for the identification of plastics; gravimetric analysis methods; titration procedures; theory and applications of acid-base titrations, complexometric titrations, precipitation titrations and redox titrations; potentiometric titrations; pH glass electrode; molecular absorption spectroscopy in the UV-visible range; Infrared absorption spectroscopy; Raman spectroscopy; atomic absorption spectroscopy; atomic emission spectroscopy; fluorescence and chemiluminescence spectroscopy; basics of chromatographic separation methods; thin layer chromatography; high-performance liquid chromatography (normal phase, reverse phase, ion exchange and gel permeation chromatography); gas chromatography; coupling of chromatography and mass spectrometry; sample preparation steps
