Objectives The aim of the course is to get to know different forms of intervention and possibilities for supporting change processes.
Subject
  • Participants understand theoretical concepts about organizations, groups and individuals and learn to apply them in the context of change
  • Participants understand the differences between different concultancy approaches that can support and direct organizational change processes
  • Participants learn the theory and practical techniques for target-oriented group management
  • Participants learn different ways and approaches for developing teams
  • Participants understand basic methods of interveneing on the individual level
Criteria for evaluation Participation and in-class activities: 100%
Methods Learning is induced by a strong behavioral design and regular feedback. Theoretical inputs are deepened through practical exercises and self-awareness, and learning effects are consolidated through discussions and reflections. Continuous presence is therefore mandatory.
Language English and French
Study material The course strongly builds on theoretical knowledge from earlier courses. Supplementary reading materials will be provided for preparation and in class.
