Objectives |
The Students acquire theory-based competences in the areas of interpersonal processes, group processes, group dynamics, and self-management. Furthermore, the students intensively work on different models and theories related to intercultural competences. They learn to prepare, structure and deliver brilliant presentations and successful negotiations and to moderate meetings efficiently and effectively. Moreover, they explore strategies and challenges for the inclusion of men and women, older and younger colleagues, people from different ethnic backgrounds, religions or various educational backgrounds in modern organizations.
