Objectives |
Students are able to analyze, create, implement and/or evaluate information systems. They understand both theory and practical experience of Business Informatics and can reflect on and link them. They realize the necessity of an integrated socio-technical approach for solving real-life problems, especially the integration of business management, technical and socio-scientific approaches considering important frame conditions like jurisdiction. They master selected methods and tools for handling IT-projects, are capable of working in teams and presenting working results.

Subject |
Application and integration of economic, technical and socio-economic solutions, methods, tools and findings in the frame of a practically oriented IT-project. The actual project contents (type and focusing) vary.

Further information |
The course has immanent examinations. Assessment criteria: intense and professional cooperation and gained results. Assessment is based on the project results, a written project report and continuous presentation of interim and final results.
