Objectives |
This bridge course aims at upgrading the students' knowledge of mathematics and scientific computing to a level that is necessary for the remaining master curriculum of bioinformatics. The course concentrates on essentials and addresses both the basic mathematical background and computational methods.
All computational examples are based on the scientific computing platform R.
