Objectives Students possess fundamental knowledge from social psychology and organization theory explaining human behavior in work contexts as well as the functioning and structuring of organizations.

They are capable of translating this knowledge into competent lines of argument, linking it to their own life experience, and taking a critical stance toward it

In the Repetitorium, bonus points are awarded for excellent contributions to in-class discussions.

Methods The course combines intensive home studies (i.e., reading assignments and taped lectures) and the opportunity for weekly in-class interaction (i.e. Repetitorium). It is taught in German (70%) and English (30%).
